New Jersey Hearing Health Center is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.
5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
New Jersey Hearing Health Center and its SMS service providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to:
- Your wireless carrier’s coverage and service availability
- Network congestion or technical issues
- Mobile device compatibility and functionality
- Accuracy of the mobile phone number provided
Participating carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, and other major carriers. Check with your carrier for specific availability.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. New Jersey Hearing Health Center is not responsible for any issues arising from carrier service interruptions or limitations.
6. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age or older to consent to receive SMS messages from New Jersey Hearing Health Center. By opting in, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older and are authorized to agree to receive text messages at the mobile number provided.
If you are a parent or guardian providing consent for a minor to receive appointment-related text messages, you certify that you are authorized to provide such consent on behalf of the minor.
